                                                                                                          RICHES AND "THE 1%"

As i was researching this past week to keep in touch with the global Crypto market, i was very encouraged as i kept seeing comments reminding us of the fundamental and prevailing need to eradicate greed and centralized power/governance within The Crypto Space.

The first thought which came to my mind was the pain of dealing with constant inflation and the manipulation of the very few onto the very many. So below is a snippet of what i researched.

"Just eight men own same wealth as half the world" (Please verify with your own research) https://www.oxfam.org/en/pressroom/pressreleases/2017-01-16/just-8-men-own-same-wealth-half-world

$32,400 annual income gets you in the top 1% globally. www.globalrichlist.com

$450,000 annual income gets you in the top 1% in the USA. http://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/050615/are-you-top-one-percent-world.asp

$450,000 p/year equals @ $216 p/hour working a 40-hour-week for the year.

$450,000 annually means you are one of the richest 1.2 million people on earth for the year-which equates to around 1,600 people in a city the size of Chicago, USA.

During the past week, Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon.com became the "richest man in the world" by eclipsing $90 billion in wealth. One report had him at only @ $45 billion in January, 2017. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/07/27/jeff-bezos-is-set-to-become-the-worlds-richest-man.html

We live in an exciting and intriguing time. To be sure, every generation will have its own excitement and intrigue. At present, we live in a time where some economists estimate the USA total liabilities are over $200 trillion-a figure which we all should realize will NEVER be nor COULD ever be paid back. We live in a world of debt! It is also a world where this debt has coincidentally made very, very few people ridiculously rich.

Also coincidentally, we live in a world where within the foreseeable future-within most of our lifetimes-there will be the greatest and quickest transfer of wealth in the history of mankind.

The total wealth of the world has always been constant-what varies is the relative distribution of it. Those of us who educate and inform ourselves about the writing on the wall about the global economic state of affairs stand to fair the best in the coming years. And the CryptoCurrency economy presents the greatest opportunity in the history of mankind for the common man to create wealth.

*Cryptos are an ownership-based economy-not a debt-based economy.

  • Cryptos are a truth platform for transacting money.
*Cryptos enable people with just a cell phone and an e-mail account to transact peer-to-peer with anyone else on earth in seconds (for almost free) and without a bank.
*Cryptos eliminate the middle-man and his unfair fees and controls.
    *Cryptos encourage truly free-market pricing.
*Cryptos eliminate or vastly minimize inflation.

i encourage you to manage your money with diligence and awareness.

I think your estimation of US liabilities is conservative. The number is far higher if you include all the land ever stolen (normally, we call that "conquered"), all the natural resources acquired through trade agreements and peace agreements after war, all of that could be considered a liability as it was aquired by force.

Thank you for your comment. i think it definitely causes me to try to think more deeply, and i super-appreciate your feedback.

The U.S. certainly had and still has its "feet" in and on other lands.

You could have contacted me this way also. You should start posting on Steemit again.
