VOTING PROCESS
A person can vote for one company for just once.
The rating is based on the feedback from visitors of the site from personal experience of interacting with participating companies.
REVIEW
Review - an appeal with a description of personal experience of servicing* at the exchange/company, posted in the rating. Feedback reflects the author's opinion, emotional impression, conclusions based on the results of using the product and/or communicating with the exchange or company staff.
The reviews and feedback should have following characteristics
Must be written in English only.
For reader feedback review, Crypto Awards may request additional information, such as supporting documents/photos/screenshots.
Feedback must be submitted by the user on their own behalf and must describe the situation they were involved in or witnessed.
The feedback should contain a detailed description of the situation, the date and the time of the events described, as well as the channels of interaction with the exchange/company.
The length of the text of the review - from 150 to 3,600 characters with spaces.
The text of the review must not contain obscene language, insults, or personal data of persons who have not given their consent.
When posting a review, the user agrees to the terms of use of their personal data to verify the review, and may also consent to the transfer of data upon request to official representatives of the exchange.
