In case anyone is interested in reading an actual excerpt from the proposed bill, here's a link. The section related to "digital currencies" is super small and extremely vague. Considering the people this is targeting don't abide by the existing rules around cash declaration, I doubt anyone will abide by these. How on earth would you even enforce it? What a joke.
