There are many blockchain in development (ICO, EOS, Constellation, Seele, QuarkChain, ...) but fir the moment Ethereum is the most implemented blockchain of the market. Look at the difficulties of the adoption of a new blckchain, ICX for exemple.
I think, in few years, the domination of ETH will be finish ; but not yet !
