Hello guys, today i will be discussing a project which tends to be of help to specific regions. The project name is Utemis. Firsly, going into what utemis is and its concept, utemis is the platform for Latin America which was conceptualized to create a transparent platform for the management of the reputation of companies of Latin America. This project is as a result of the situation of Latin america being one of those regions which has seen massive changes in the business landscape in the recent decade in terms of the technology and startup investment and also of the major problem of transparency and development which is of benefit to just some. This is the reason for Utemis.

Prior to what was discussed, Utemis is creating a decentralised platform which evaluates the entire operation and the history of the major corporations in Latin America, which will help the business to perform transparent and reliable business. It is the first e-commerce that decentralizes businesses reputation on the Blockchain and unificates Latin America into a single economic space.
How it works
UTEMIS Limited Liability Corporation will introduce a cryptographic utility token, named UTEMIS UTS tokens, to decentralize companies’ reputation in Latin America. UTEMIS provides a solution to these problems by decentralizing the reputation of all businesses in Latin America on the Blockchain. The platform will be the first public and decentralized ledger where all our customers (UTEMIS is a Business to Business (B2B) platform so when we say customers we mean businesses, not people) can check each other’s reputation and conduct business knowing that if they do something wrong it will be in their profile.

About Token
UTS is the ERC20 Standard Token on Ethereum blockchain, fully compatible with all Ethereum wallets that have ERC20 Token and smart-contract support using the ERC20 Standard. Can be used as coins, certificates, IOUs, in game credits, currency for services, etc. have no value by themselves but are working hard to change this aspect by developing various services for UTS creating a token request and hopefully increasing that value.
200 Billion UTS Tokens are created for the project and one ETH is equal to the 1,500,000 UTS. The Main ICO is currently live and continues until 30th April 2018. 40% of the funds collected will be utilised on the marketing of the platform while 25% of the total funds will be used for the development of the partnership.
