You are probably right, but think about it from the point of view of someone who isn't familiar with everything going on behind the scenes - hearing words like "ban" and "unregulated" will likely drive them away, and let's face it - no matter how you or I or anyone else feels about crypto - it has yet to achieve the kind of market penetration that it needs to completely overthrow a world based on fiat economy.
