The SEC and the US Senate on Cryptocurrencies Feb 6th

As some of you may have seen, Congress is going to meet with J. Christopher Giancarlo, chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Jay Clayton, his counterpart at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and they will be discussing the future of cryto currencies.

They argue "Ignoring these developments will not make them go away, nor is it a responsible regulatory response."

Copies of both Clayton's and Giancarlo's testimony have been released. You can see it here. https://www.banking.senate.gov/public/_cache/files/d6c0f0b6-757d-4916-80fd-a43315228060/A2A6C1D8DDBB7AD33EBE63254D80E9E3.giancarlo-testimony-2-6-18b.pdf
