It has been discovered that digital marketing and advertising is not an exact science at least not in the way in which it is practiced today. This has also raised some issues.
Some of the issues include billing malpractices, questionable metrics and also bot fraud. These issues have combined to make the digital marketing environment not very conducive for the participants.
The value of the spending on digital advertising has been with the advancement of technology. The global spending on digital advertising is expected to exceed $84 billion (U.S. dollar) by the end of 2018.
There are, however, problems which are affecting the growth of digital marketing globally. Problems such as high transaction fees in multiple currencies and the high fees which are charged by social media managers among others contribute to stifling the growth of digital marketing.

Krios is out to address the problems of marketing in a digital world. The Krios platform is a decentralized platform based on the blockchain technology to function as a decentralized affiliate marketing network and campaign management platform.
