I hold 22 XRP. What to do with it?

A few weeks back a friend of mine gifted me with 22 XRP in binance exchange! I have no idea what to do with them! Since then the price of XRP has gone only down hill. Should I HODL? Should I convert them to another cryptocurrency? Or should I cash out!? Any help would he much appreciated! Thank you!
