I read the whitepaper and researched it. Whitepaper mentions purchase of a real Dental Clinic for $90 million paid in DCNs.
"The transfer of ownership to ok place in July 2017 once the purchase price had been paid. This transaction was phenomenal due to the fact that the calculated purchase price to the value of 90 million USD was paid entirely in DCN. "
However, on searching for this Dentaprime, I found the filing statement indicating it as a shell company with GBP 12,500, no earnings and expenses!
I'll be happy to get educated if there is any solid information to indicate this is not one of the Fraud ICOs.

They are a real company and really working to infiltrate the dental industry. Since writing this I am actually now an advisor for them as they try to develop in places like Canada.
