you can only tip someone if you have smartcash! and to do it you have to say @smartbot tip @ayoshewa 1. no "<>" . I give it out as tips to encourage people to read and learn about it, as I think it is a good program like steemit!

      to withdraw the tip you need to have smartcash address. You can get a smartcash address a few ways. (1) on an exchange such as stocks.exchange (2)by downloading the smartcash desktop wallet, or web wallet. then you would say to the bot "@ snmartbot withdraw 15 YourSmartCashAddress"
