The next round of stellar lumen distribution is on the 27th of June, don't miss this opportunity to make som free money. To claim your Lumens, sign up for their newsletter (make sure "Stellar Bitcoin Community" is selected) and wait until the distribution date.
They will be publishing a claim page where you will have to prove ownership to your bitcoins.
You will have to sign up via facebook or an exchange, which makes this less anonymous then ideal, but it is free money, so I would give it a try.

Does this mean that if your bitcoin is on Kraken, you don't have to do ANYTHING at all?

I think this means that you will still have to claim them by using the link they will provide
