Reallocating my crypto-portfolio

in cryptocurrency •  6 years ago  (edited)

Hi everyone.

Sometimes I have to changed my mind and take decisions to reduce losses or to create potential opportunities.

My crypto-portfolio was allocated mainly in STEEM, which is not a reasonable thing from a investor perspective. In the beginning I believe in Steemit as a platform in which everyone could earn some decent money creating content.

However, things should be seen in accordance with market conditions, therefore I considered to reallocate and hunt for opportunities.

Steemit has a great potential, but has to make his away in this industry or will be defeated by other projects.

Let's see what happens

Hola @danielfs, quiero saludarte ya que hace varios días que no te veo en este panel,tú sabes que siempre eres bienvenido, me alegra verte .
Bendiciones:)

Hola @martha75, muchas gracias. Espero esté todo bien por allá. saludos !!

Dear @danielfs

I fully understand your decision and it's hard to blame you. Luckily price of STEEM went up currently so you can most likely benefit just little bit from it.

Dear @danielfs

I just bumped into your post again lol :)

My crypto-portfolio was allocated mainly in STEEM, which is not a reasonable thing from a investor perspective.

Indeed it's not reasonable but I also keep most of my funds in STEEM :)

Steemit has a great potential, but has to make his away in this industry or will be defeated by other projects.

Luckily there is so far no real competition. Or perhaps is there any? Something that could potentially overtake Steemit?

Hi @crypto.piotr . I assumed a realized loss when selling part of my steem, however my intention is to overcome that loss with the potential benefits of others cryptos like AION, BAT, Bibox, NPXS, ZRX, Digixgold and so on.

About Steemit, it has a real and big competitor like Facebook. At anytime, Facebook could launch its own cryptocurrency or they can buy steemit Inc.

Not only big competitors, but small project like Weku. I know it sounds crazy but possible. In real life sports, well known soccer teams has been beaten by "small" teams. In cryptocurrency could be the same.

Dear @danielfs

Thank you for your previous comment. And Im also sorry for such a late reply. I wonder if you even will read my comment ...

ps.
I NEED YOUR HELP :) Nothing serious really. But I still hope you can spare few minutes of your time :)

I found out about great contest where winning community can receive a year's delegation worth of 20k SP!

I realized that receiving such a delegation could help greatly to grow our community. After all I'm upvoting each valuable comment. On top of that, I'm doing my best to promote quality content published by other authors and again: I like to reward those who engage with those authors.

I know that it's probably a long shot and most likely our community won't stand a chance in this contest. But I love being the underdog! Let's give them a fair fight :)

Which brings me to my next question, I was wondering if I could count on your support? At this stage I would only need to ask you to comment this post and suggest myself for the contest. Perhaps you could also make another suggestion: @ help.venezuela (this is run by my dear friend @ achim03).

This is just a first round attempt. I hope we can make it to second round hahha :) Naturally I would appreciate if you could ask your friends to help with our little "quest" :)

Let me know what you think? Perhaps you can also share some advises and hopefully we can "do little bit of brainstorming". Would be awesome to win :)

Piotr
