        Coinbase announced that they would be doubling their workforce over the coming months a while back, then they announced more recently that they would double that number again.

          Well this certainly makes sense as to why it takes months to get a response to a support ticket on poloniex. They even had to shut down the trollbox so they could reallocate those few staff to tickets, haha
