These centralized crypto exchanges are vulnerable to hacking. Even the recent Binance hack is an example. I sometimes doubt that such hacking episodes are preplanned and well scripted.

I've lost more crypto than I currently own due to exchanges closing. Exchanges have always been vulnerable to attack and it isn't getting any better after 10 years of this kind of thing. I hate to sound like a YouTube blogger, but get yourself a Ledger nano and sleep easier...
