Poloniex customer service < Comcast customer service

So after 20 days a person from Poloniex finally looked at my ticket, they responded that they fixed it and sent it out, and that if it doesnt get sent that I need to blame the wallet that its being sent to (thats bitshares though, and I know bitshares has done nothing wrong since i can look at the Poloniex wallet on there). That was 5 days ago. I immediately checked my balance on Bitshares. Nope, no deposit. I went and checked on the Poloniex Bitshares wallet. Where I verified they never sent me anything, nor did they send an equal amount to a similar name. So I had to file a new ticket. That ticket is 5 days old and its about a ticket that is 25 days old that never got fixed. I asked them if instead of closing my ticket immediately next time, that they go to bitshares and check the Poloniex wallet to make sure that a transaction is sent like it supposed to be. I guess I have 15 more days before I can expect a response. This is just a small public service announcement, I advise that you stay as far away from Poloniex as you can.

We hear rumors of insolvency and see people who have had to wait even longer than me for a ticket. I have also heard that poloniex is ran by a few dudes in a basement. Judging by their ability to respond to tickets, and fix issues I would guess this is mostly true. I would say that most of these bad rumors about Poloniex start from facts. No matter if they embellish them or not. I know that my simply fixable ticket has not been fixed in 25 days, there no excuse for the largest exchange to have that shitty of service. Do they not make enough money? What is really going on with Poloniex, are they going to just get worse and worse or do they interned to do something about it and address the shitty parts of their company? Time will tell, but I already strongly feel that Poloniex only gets worse and worse from here. I WOULD RATHER TRADE ON MTGOX! Vent over, sorry and thank you for listening lol..One day I will get my Bitshares from them and I will never mention their shitty company name again.
