Why did I initially buy it?
SIB is my favourite token for trading by far. I should though start by explaining what it actually is. I have no idea about the team that is behind it to be honest and I also have very limited knowledge about technical aspects of the platform. It is a token of Russian-made decentralized disk-space lending platform. I have heard about the token for the first time from the well-known Czech crypto-trader Karel. We have this saying in our country “Karel ten token zmínil…”, which means “Karel has mentioned the token…”. When Karel mentions a token, it usually is not a scam and will net you some money. As a new investor 7 months ago, SIB was one of my first buys just because Karel has mentioned the token (and I didn’t even know where). Do not follow my example! You can only afford to do so when you truly believe in an investor really. Bu Karel is THE guy to listen to…and SIB didn’t disappoint.
Why do I love the token so much?
So as you could guessed, I do not use the platform. You are now also familiar with the fact that I don’t even know any technical aspect about the token. I guess you could ask why I am fond of the token at all. The answer would be – strictly because of its “market behaviour”. Is it a bit hypocritical? Well…maybe.
Let me explain. For some reason, SIB has the tendency to pump quite a lot quite often. I think that on average, it pumps more than twice every single month. My theory is that new users of the platform are buying the tokens in bigger numbers every now and then, which often times transits into regular pump. Another fact about the token is that it’s not one of the cheap ones. It actually costs few thousands of satoshi. When it pumps though, it can gain up to 30%-50% of its value which is A LOT when it costs few dollars. But the most important aspect for me is that it lives its own life, often times against BTC. At least half of the pumps it underwent were WHILE BTC WAS GROWING. Usually when one doesn’t “catch” the BTC pump, one loses value drastically in ALTS. But SIB says no to that. SIB doesn’t care and pumps with BTC. And of course, it always returns to its initially value soon after the pump enabling us to buy it back with big gains. It has always “acted” like that for couple of months now. I have already managed to sell it in pumps and buy it back AT LEAST 10 times. SIB definitely is my biggest “trading gainer” of them all.
Summary
Be careful! Do not buy tokens that you have no idea about. I plan to educate myself about all the tokens I hodl and have no idea about when I’ll have time again. As of now, I do not need to know much about it. I only study its market behaviour…and I love it! For those who are trying their luck at trading, I can only recommend this wonderful token.
wau this is very good, if everyone agrees with you surely everything is here. @fingersik
