uhh, it needed 30 min to find the error ...
In sgminer.exe -k x13 -o stratum+tcp://kawaiipool.party:3633 –u < WALLET
is a long "-" sign before the "u"
So if you copy and paste, you will get an error.
Mining still doesn't work, but i have at least one error less :)

Edit: Now it works, had to delete the sgminer.conf.
