All of you must improve your customer service and accessibility when customers encounter problems. I believe Bitcoin is a great idea along with all the other alt coins but if you are going to manage peoples funds you have to be contactable. When are you going to have real customer support where people can actually talk to someone when they have problems. This is a real issue! People can have thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars of funds entrusted with you. We complain about the Banks and how they treat people but at least you can get to talk to someone. The first priority of Bitcoin Exchanges is to develop a real infrastructure and customer support base. I for one have pulled all my Bitcoins out of Exchanges until they improve this issue. It is not just about security - when customers cannot access their account or if they have a transaction issue a support ticket followed by days or weeks without any contact is simply not good enough.
