Alright I would like to start out by saying that I know the markets are hot right now and I know these exchanges are under an extreme amount of pressure. They have grown so quickly thay their existing infrastructure is unable to support the loads. I get it! That being said binance can get bent.
I have never ever been on an exchange that operates so incompetently. I've been trading on exchanges like polionex, Bittrex and Bitfinex for the last year and I guess I grew accustomed to bittrex's is superior tools indicators and processing times. The real issue that inspired this post is the fact that binance will not allow me to set up my two-factor authentication. Having already sent money into my account I did the next best thing I could, I created the longest craziest password I could. Once binance's performance had aggravated me enough, I decided to leave that exchange and move on to higher grounds.
That's when I got pissed! You see, because I do not have to factor set up they won't let me withdraw my money... I Reddit a little bit and came across others in the same boat. I have posted a link below with a remedy that seems to be working for some people. I hope you can avoid a situation like this.

It sounds like they're all terrible. Do you have a favourite – would you recommend Bittrex?

Yes Bittrex would definitely be my first recommendation. I actually haven't had any troubles at all with them during this surge or beforehand and I have been using them for over a year now. I mean of course there are going to be transaction issues whenever your moving crypto around that much but any time anything has ever come up like that, they have taken great care of me and in short time. Now this is just a theory but I think it is right, I believe that with these huge loads on the exchanges that their infrastructure is set up to kick some people off the site by default to cope with the stress. I think that priority is given to the existing members first but i'm not sure. The only reason I say that is because Bittrex has been working great for me and even though I have other exchanges that I use, I have been at it on Bittrex the longest. All of my new account like Binance have been acting awfully slow if not even idle. Thanks for commenting, I'll be following ya!

I have very good experience with Binance. With the 2FA-problem try this:
1.Go on google authenticator.
On Binance you can only sign up with an invitation from a current member. Take my referral code to register https://www.binance.com/?ref=13365738

Thank you for the advice I already tried that though, on 2 computers and my phone... I have heard that it works for some people though. I am pretty sure you can sign up without a referral code too for anyone else reading. I just did like 5 days ago. Not saying you should create an account on binance or saying that you shouldn't use his referral code if you do create an account. I'm trying to stay as neutral as I can while releasing a little pent up anger on binance. Just fact as they currently stand. Like I said its busy out there in this wild world anything is possible.

Definitely! I have tried so many different exchanges doing arbitrage and none of them have ever done me as good as Bittrex. Honestly everything about it. I'll be following ya, thx for the comment. Feel free to up vote.
