It can never happen to normal view that individual levels of each Euro Banknote serve as a helpful strategic signal for the visually impaired, but the common levels of each dollar bill value can be headache for that segment of the population. The goal of a small device called ibil is to solve this problem for visually impaired Americans.

Ebay is a compact plastic device which is a slot where a bill can be inserted into a corner. Once the user clicks a button on the top and bottom of the device, then the name of the bill inserted in a squall sound and a robotic female voice

The device, which can be attached to a key chain or shoulder, has a yard -phone jack even if the user wants more privacy. Deaf and blind users can choose a vibration mode to know how much a bill is worth.

AAA may last for more than one year, which may be replaced by the user. The manufacturer of the device argues better than organism research, 98 percent accuracy and says EBB can be upgraded to detect new note designs in the future. However, the device can not detect fake bills.

Orbit Research will sell iBill for $ 120 for free shipping on online orders. Ebill will be the first currency reader to be sold by the US Bureau of Egregating and Printing, which will begin running the device on January 2.
