Hello again folks!
Today I am going to show you how you can withdraw your STEEM, and/or SBD, directly from steemit.com into easydex exchange where you can immediately exchange for USD, EUR, BTC, BTS, etc. You know what is awesome is that I COMPLETELY DID IT FROM MY MOBILE PHONE. This is great news and so easy for the crypto time we live in. It will only get better!
This is very easy and have much LOWER FEES than other exchanges and transfer operations.
The first video shows how easy the withdrawel from Steemit is and how quickly it arrives into your bitshares account. The second video shows how you can navigate and exchange your Easydex.Steem directly for USD!
I move a little fast because it is on mobile so I will try and offer some steps before the videos so you can follow along!
Here we go!
- First you want to start at the homepage and click “Deposit/Withdrawal” on the left side
- Ensure “STEEM” (or whichever asset) is selected on the left to deposit and then ensure DEPOSIT is selected on the right.
- There you will find the steemit transfer address “easydex-wallet” and the memo which is your Bitshares username
- Head to steemit and make the transfer
- This should appear in your wallet in a couple minutes (most likely seconds hehe)
The second video shows you that you will need to then transfer to fiat.
As you can see you now have EasyDex.STEEM in your wallet. You will want to select trade that is on the same row on the far right on the page.
This takes you to the trading page where it defaults to BTS. You can then change it to USD or BTS or whatever you would like.
Once it is changed to the correct asset on the left you can then trade it for local currency!

Slowly but surely the infrastructure is being built. It will be years til we see that mass adoption but it is fun to watch the evolution along the way.
