The nearest Bitcoin ever been to the target since the crash was $9980.65. The turning point for this particular event occurred around lunchtime yesterday. From $9676.50, rallied throughout the afternoon to $9952.76. Receded slightly in the evening but eventually reached $9980.65 this morning.
