LOTS of Chinese (including me) can confirm without any doubts that HSR is a scam; the rise of HSR I think is majorly because that Ryan Xu has a lot of Bitcoins (about 10,000) if I remember clearly. But the most important thing is NOT letting the scam fade (it will fade with time), the important thing is to make good project (like Decred) rise.
