Earlier this week, Toast Wallet got approved for iOS. Toast Wallet was already on Android operating system, and this will only add more users who will be able to have a mobile hand held wallet. Toast wallet has seen positive reviews on Android with no major bugs or issues reported. So far it has three five star (five star scale) reviews on the App store, stating it's simple to use and does exactly what you need it to do. Apple also recently approved of Dash to get on the Apple app store. It's nice to see a tech giant quietly accepting cryptocurrency. There is a sea of change coming in the future as we see more tech giants accepting cryptocurrency. Big names in retail like Overstock.com and Newegg currently accept Bitcoin as a payment method. The Toast Wallet will only help Ripple get more traction when it comes to real world application, as it is currently one of the fastest ways to settle transactions in cryptocurrency with four second settlement time. Not only that, it allows for foreign exchange while using xRapid via XRP, allowing for higher liquidity.

Despite this news, Ripple prices have continued to slide since it's high on May 17th at $0.40, and now is around $0.15. Even with the new Product Suite being dropped in early August and major news of success through remittance programs, Ripple's price has hovered between $0.15 and $0.19. Ripple has been fluctuating between #3 and #4 with Bitcoin Cash per coin market cap. Currently it sit's at number four with a $6 billion market cap (as of writing this).

To me, Ripple at it's current price still presents a great buying opportunity and is a great long term hold, as they are trying to be the backbone of cross border payments. It is one of the few cryptocurrencies that really is doing ground breaking things like signing on banks, and actually having a working product, something a majority of cryptocurrencies currently lack. I think the sky is the limit for Ripple as we go through Q3 into Q4, and once they announce one hundred banks have signed on, I think that will drive more people towards their product and currency (XRP). Ripple is also currently expanding into China, due to it's lack of fast cross border payments, which China see's $5 trillion annually. I'm going to dedicate a seperate article to that topic though, since it needs to be expanded on.

Tell me what you guys think for the future Ripple and cryptocurrency in the comments, would love to hear others thoughts on these topics.
