Really do appreciate the historical comparisons. Something I was aware of before but always nice to be "reminded" :) - do you think Steem's 10x rise over the year is due to its individual success as a platform/crypto, or more due to the general tide of all (halfway decent, non-scam) cryptos. Although Steemit has certainly proven its worth until now, I'm still not sure keeping a ton of $ in Steem is the best long term investment compared to other cryptos with a more limited supply. What do you think?

With Steem transfers being the instant and free... and already well ahead of the others in terms of transactions per second I would say long holding a ton of Steem sounds like a fab idea!
No reason at all why we won't potentially see it at $100 within a few years.
