why substratum is the future

I discovered substratum a few weeks ago, I did some research and found the project that they are working on very interesting.

Substratum is a cryptocurrency, their main goal is to create a decentralized web.
As they state on their website: "An open-source network that allows anyone to allocate their spare computing resources to make the internet a free and fair place for the entire world."
In countries like China, Russia, Iran, ... the government imposes heavy restrictions on the content that citizens can interact with. For example in China facebook is blocked since 2009, I could not imagine that my government would release a statement tomorrow that all citizens of my country are no longer allowed to browse facebook. It's a human right to know what's happening in the world. Now it's still possible with VPN's, but shortly the government will ban VPN's aswel.
With the technologie of substratum everyone can be a web host, just use your own computer as a web host while you are asleep and get paid!

Since I bought this coin the price has gone up by more than a 100%. A beta of there software will be released in the first quarter of 2018. I think that substratum has a bright future ahead! If you want to more know of substratum you can always visit their website a read trough the whitepaper!!
