Do you even crypto if you haven't created your own BTC fork?
Two high-profile BTC forks have already been executed this year and three more are planned for this month. Every single one of them claims that their's is better than the legacy chain, and some of them might be.
Super Bitcoin
Super Bitcoin comes packed with smart contracts, 8MB blocks, AND the Lightning network. It's like Ethereum artificially inseminated Bitcoin Cash. The network snapshot happened on Tuesday last week.
Bitcoin Uranium (BUM)
BUM does not take itself seriously. You probably already guessed that from the silly sticker that they chose.
This is one is ASIC-resistant, at least for now, with double the halving rate and one-minute blocks. Nothing new here, move along.
Bitcoin Diamond
8MB blocks are the 'in' thing now. Anything less than that and 2-minute blocks is just asking for the same congestion problems that are making BTC transaction fees average out at 30USD.
There's no telling whether hodlers from the air-drop can expect any reasonable returns on their investment because it has a 210 million coin cap which is a hell of a dilution.
Bitcoin God
Some dude with a lot of money has decided to give BTC holders a Christmas present in the form of airdropped coins. The name probably has something to with the Dec 25th network snapshot date.
Bitcoin Cash Plus
BCP isn't really a BTC fork but it's worth mentioning that barely 6 months into the BTC improvement's life-cycle, somebody else has already come up with an improvement.
