Why goverments are so dumb about cryptos,

and I wonder why US govt. is not banning it.

If Cryptos are so anonymous, then US would have banned it.

It is just like what is said about TOR, but what is said is not true, that is why govt. is not banning both CRYPTOS and TOR.
