      the other 10% goes back to the account that created the Automated Transaction (Smart Contract)

      theres one guy who has bought 90k burst worth of tickets and has decided to become a jackpot rollover himself. he said hes going to put in the winnings everytime he wins until someone else does to promote smart contracts.

      last time he did this the jackpot hit 300,000 burst.
