Has anyone else had a problem with Poolin stealing assets from their wallet?

Hi has anybody else had their wallets emptied by Poolin? I've tried contacting customer service no reply as to be expected wasn't really enough to get a solicitor involved not that I think that would help much.
Only option I can see at mo is a plane ticket to Texas and a baseball bat and tour of Poolin facilities which would result in my arrest so if anybody got any ideas id appreciate that.thanks
