Who's Really in Control of the Blockchain

When few individuals seem to be in charge of something like blockchain and associated coins, it stands loose it's flavor as 'DECENTRALIZED' system.

There are no individuals in charge 'the block chain'. Block chain itself is just a concept. That's like saying a few people are in charge of geometry. It just doesn't work that way. It is possible for individuals to utilize blockchain technology, which many private institutions are doing. However, Bitcoin and a number of other reputable 'open source' blockchain cryptocurrencies are decentralized and thus there are no individuals in charge of them. This is why the fed and governments are freaking out and scrambling to find ways to attempt to control it through regulation, infiltration and investment.

I probably am reading too deep into your comment. Who knows what the future holds but I sure hope it disrupts the fed.

Well said. I do believe FED will have their own coin like Russia is doing. What we can do is to make decentralized project too popular that the central bankers governments can't take it away from people. Think what's happening with Cannabis but far more important to the future of humanity.
