So is SpringRole going to have employees that actually verify things then put that information on-chain?

    SpringRole itself will not have employees to verify information to put on-chain. Rather SpringRole will help facilitate verification from organisations concerning the employee, upon requests from the employer. This will be done via use of the SPRING token.
