Today I transfered another 5 ETN to Cryptopia. I set the sell order at 0.08 BTC so essentially I'm HODL'ing until I get about 0.079 BTC per 1 ETN after the trading and network fees. I'm planning to set more sell orders between the prices of two already existing sell orders so I can cash out gradually as the exchange rate gets better.

The trick is to put more sell orders in the low end in the beginning and when the price is pumped above them, use the freshly mined coins to set more closer to the high end. Then the profits from filled sell orders can be used to pump the price up gradually.
