I have recently seen that some people from steemit community is abusing the down vote power unnecessarily to demotivate or troll the community member.
I recently experienced this there is a member who down voted one of the blog without giving any justification for that.
So I decided to do some investigation and found that that account have never published a blog it is only used for re streeming and mostly it down vote the other community members blog.
Look like if someone doesn't pay him/her this account simply down vote any new blog published .
Guy's beware of such trolls and user .
I am new in this platform any suggestion how to handle this type of DOWN VOTE ABUSE ?
