Google Knowingly Hid Data Breach from 500,000+ Users

Hiding a breach that compromises the data of half a million people is unacceptable. They only decided to shut down Google+ AFTER this breach had been exposed.

How do we hold centralized tech companies accountable when they have hundred billion dollar valuations and no accountability to anybody?

Personally, these issues underscore to me that we need more decentralized social networks that give users control and authority. I'm glad to be pioneering transparency on the blockchain.
