Im sorry to read some pretty bitter comments on the EOS board today. I can relate! Ive lost a bunch of money before myself.:( You feel like someone punched you in the stomach! Of course unless you sell you haven't 'lost' I guess, but its not a good feeling seeing your account shrink! You've tied up your funds also while waiting it out.
My personal feeling is there's waay too much hype surrounding this project, and too much dilution factor with the tokens as well. Not trying to be negative here..just my 2 cents.

There is no real reason to panic. EOS is actually a pretty good platform. There is just going to be some pain for a few months for EVERY coin. Just hold and you will be fine. You should be investing in ICO's for the long hall anyways. It is common for big dumps right afterwards.

Nice link..thanks @evilmonkey!

With an Platform/Asset/ICO like EOS, its just not speculation thats driving the market up/down. EOS has a lot to back itself with. It delivers solutions to known issues that exist with alike platforms (ETH/BTC). These solutions not only remove certain known barriers, but also provides new opportunities to decentralise ecosystems that wasnt possible due to limitations. For example, a blockchain solution to decentralise central applications like 'UBER' wasnt possible because of the amount of transactions.. EOS has taken a giant leap and wiped off such limitations. There are other factors like - cheaper and more economical since there isnt a GAS feature unlike that of our friend Ethereum. An end note - Buy and HOLD, you will thank me ;)

Thanks on your comment @kilobravo!

The long period of the ICO and its particular setup cause some upheaval as investors that got in early deal with different price points than later investors. It seems prices ar slowly coming down. With many rounds still to come, there should be a opportunity to get in at a reasonable price, should you want to.
