New to Crypto: Which altcoins should I buy this year?

Hi Steemians,

I only discovered the intriguing sphere of cryptocurrencies a couple weeks ago and I have less than 500 Euros to invest. Which altcoins should I buy this month (other than Steem, of course)?

I am not looking for financial advice, just for your opinions ;)

PS. I know I have to do my own research and I've already started reading the Cardano Whitepaper... Still, I am intersted in your thoughts.

    I think Bitcoin will make a rally, along with the similar altcoins like Litecoin, Dash, Zcash, Monero.

    Apart from that, IOTA shows potential, Ripple may not be over, Stellar Lumens are starting to catch up with Ripple.

    There's so many interesting projects, it will be hard to get it really wrong :-)
