A very interesting approach towards building a decentralized exchange using protocols like 0x and Bancor. ICO dates are not announced yet (planned for 2017) and pre-sale applications are still accepted.

I didn't like bancor but maybe this is better.

I think the Bancor project itself is alright but the ICO was a joke with that crazy sum being raised.
Omega One seems to be a competitor to projects like Kyber but with a different approach to it (decentralized wallets with a centralized exchange until the exchange itself can be put on a private blockchain at a later point).
