NMR numeraire got clocked more than -20% when bittrex, it's main artery for liquidity when it comes to trading the coin, announced US holders would have to sell the coin or move it off the bittrex exchange. Given that no other major exchange trades NMR, this is very bad news for NMR.

Similar will happen to other coins listed on major exchanges including bittrex and binance.

2019-2020 is the year of the regulator. Compliance is coming fast and furious though as Fred Wilson has said, if the SEC is too heavy handed, companies will just move out of the US, much as we have seen happen to China.

Such countries will fall behind the exponential growth rate of blockchain due to their need to control fiat, money, and finance in general.
