Till the end of 2017, 60% banks will move to the blockchain technology as goldman sachs is doing. What do u say?

Also, I've heard that Banking giants like Deutsche Bank, Swiss Bank, The Bank of England and many others are already in an unstoppable race towards adoption of blockchain technology.
