According to data from Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, the freshly inaugurated "NFT museum" - Meta History: Museum of War - has already sold 1,282 artworks, raising ETH 190 (USD 653,000) on the first day of sales. They're raising money to reconstruct the museums, theatres, and other cultural institutions that Russian forces destroyed. Furthermore, the NFT-Museum team is preparing "a world auction, which will comprise the first four artworks by Ukrainian artists as well as the artworks of the PROSPECT100 winners." According to the government, only owners of NFT from the Meta History Museum collection are eligible to bid in the auction.
