Brickblock will remove the work of middle man in buying the real estate.Just like bitcoin uses proof of work for identifying whether the transcation is malicious or not .Brickblock has it's own "proof-of- asset"(PoA).This will be used to hedge against the cypto market high volatility.And whatever the dividends or coupons will be provided to the holder through smart contracts which will unutterable and visble to everyone .Apart from Real estate funds there will be other funds which you can choose to buy like ETF(Exchange Traded Fund),CTF(Passive Coin Traded Fund) allthe information related to the fund like net assest value ,holding period will be listed clearly.This is good for peoplewho want to invest in the assets all over the world with out the middle man .
