Anyone who has joined a loyalty program in their favorite product would find that its cumbersome rather than useful. Redeeming the reward of your loyalty requires a tremendous amount of time and effort that sometimes you ignore it - you are apathetic about it.

What I wanna share is a 200 billion dollar idea [1]. What if your loyalty points is a currency - not just currency but a cryptocurrency? Would you use it?

Welcome Incent - a transferable, freely, tradable crypto tokens given for the loyalty of a consumer.

The mission of incent is to be a global rewards programme which allows merchants or e-commerce to integrate incent into their existing operations. The thing is unlike our plastic loyalty points, which don't stimulate loyalty because your earning are fragmented on different merchants, incent is not confined to one retailer but can be used across any merchant who is part of the incent loyalty platform.

Research have shown that coalition loyalty program retains more costumer than a fragmented loyalty program.

Today's consumers want more flexibility in how they can earn and redeem their points, miles, electronic gift cards, and other rewards. [1]

Incent tries to solve the ineffeciencies in the loyalty through a universal currency of reward along with application that allow merchants to offer compelling rewards, less cost and with no tax liabilities.

If you are a business adding Incent will - in today's effect of blockchain in natures of business (see Long Island Ice Tea [4]) - increase customer engagement and purchases. You can incentivize many costumer behaviour, your imagintion is the limit.

They have no official whitepaper yet, but on one of their posts:
