Why doesn't one of these exchanges add a live chat? I think it would be awesome. I would use it all day. Anyone else agree? Has this been tried before?

Most exchanges closed their doors to new registrations in the last quarter of 2017 because their servers could not handle to surge of users wanting to sign up when Bitcoin was soaring to $20k.
We're talking about 100s and 1000s of every-day people that know absolutely nothing about trading whatsoever (dumb money) coming onto the market...
Buying into a coin, seeing it drop and then asking what the hell is going on... I thought it's going up...
The ticket support went from being responded to within 24-48 hours to some users not getting a response for weeks!
Livechat would be a catastrophic failure for any exchange. At least until things stabilise.
