Please if am getting this right, you mean as long has I have ETH in my wallet by the time of the snapshot I would get 3x the token as ETCV?

    Exactly , if you have 10,000 eth in your wallet at the time of the snapshot you would be getting 30,000 ETCV , its a ratio of 3:1 of any eth in your wallet
