Rentberry ICO Review:Their concept is good to put all rental agreements in blockchain so that all contract will have proper stamping and legal authorisation.
I must say this is pretty innovative project.
But what matters the most is execution and target audiance.In US this ICO is banned due to various regulations so they might not get proper execution in US,in other part of the world ppl need to understand this concept first,so they need to spend money in marketing selling their idea first.
Second thing is tenant and landlord both will be getting benefited by this concept but how much will be the ROI of the token holders still not clear from their project.
