Electroneum - Does the mobile miner work for you?

Have tried the mobile miner on several devices. Unfortunately without success. Does anyone have an idea for this problem?

I also tried to load my account with ETN. A credit balance of 50 does not seem to be enough.

Do you have any idea what that might be?
