HELP!! How do I buy Cryptocurrencies from Jamaica?

Coinbase is restricted, as is Circle. Bitstamp is intimidating.

I want to buy in with my credit card but can't seem to locate a vendor that's willing to

    Maybe try to register to Bittrex,poloniex,kraken.
