I hope the Delaware Regulation will serve as a kick under the butt of a lot of other countries to follow swiftly. If something can be digitised, it is the legal concept of a company. The sooner a country adopts this, the more capital it will attract.

With Delaware starting this the market will force everyone else to follow in order to be competitive. There is so much wast, red tape and corruption in the securities markets and a block chain distributed ledger will cut it all out.
